We are glad you ordered this happy Mother’s Day and this is important. Third came in a box, not in full bloom, very green and did not look as pictured and it is true. I think that thank God it was full of foam around the corners and not suffer any damage. We love this product as we discovered. Instructions are on the line somewhere generic is a really fascinating idea. You can say that the dealer did not return the same day.
